Physicians are able to maintain control of personnel while transferring administrative, financial risk and regulatory compliance issues to Mid-Lakes, which has the systems and expertise to accommodate all personnel-related functions. Currently, 105 of Mid-Lakes’ 135 employees are assigned to client offices.

They include Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, RN’s, LPN’s and Medical Assistants, transcriptionists, secretaries and registration clerks. The structure provided by Mid-Lakes in this environment allows for fewer, more focused and accountable employees and the elimination of the non-financial burdens of personnel administration.
