Denise M. Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Midlakes, Ms. Fitzgerald served as Executive Director for ViaHealth Medical Group, a management group for Rochester General Hospital overseeing planning, guidance and strategic direction for 39 medical groups including 180 providers and 370 support staff with an operating budget of $44 million.

Ms. Fitzgerald was also a Vascular Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist at Rochester General Hospital where she helped to develop and organize new protocols for Quality Assurance measures, JCAHO protocols and wound care. Since 1995, she has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Rochester School of Nursing.

Jodi Cammilleri, Director of Billing Operations

Ms. Cammilleri brings over 13 years of progressive administrative health care experience in a variety of private, not-for-profit and large corporate settings.  With an extensive knowledge of Operations, Business Intelligence and Finance she specializes in identifying problem areas and directing actions to resolve deficiencies and improve processes while increasing revenue.   

Lester Wilson, Information Technology Manager

Mr. Wilson brings over 12 years of technical and Information Technology management expertise in a number of public sector and large corporate settings to Midlakes.  With a keen eye for detail, he specializes in reducing costs, streamlining processes, identifying weaknesses and vulnerabilities and stepping outside of the box to help reshape organizations as they strive toward excellence. 

Patty Vlasak, Human Resources Manger

Ms. Vlasak has been a member of the Midlakes team for 18 years in both and administrative and Human Resources capacity.  She oversees all aspects of Human Resources including the administration of our Staffing and Personnel services.

Kim Bruzee-Smith, Accounting Manager

Ms. Bruzee-Smith is a 23-year employee of Midlakes and has provided the company and its clients with vast realm of knowledge and expertise in full-charge accounting.
